Restless Red-Eye (Colombia)

The red-eye flight often looks good on paper, right? Especially when traveling from the west coast to the east coast it promises you the ability to walk right off the plane and start your day.

About an hour into the flight you've realized you've made a grave mistake. The "generous" 30 inches of leg room and the 5 degree range of motion on your seat just don't compare to the recliner waiting for you at home. You still think there's a chance you can get some sleep but the person next to you is a night owl and has decided now is the best time to binge Season 3 of White Lotus with the brightness on their screen all the way up. In an effort to cut costs the airline no longer gives out eye-masks and you forgot yours. What have you gotten yourself into.
